Feet hit the ground
sliding warmth out the bed
Gone body and mind
tensions felt yesterday
Refreshed and rinsed off
possibilities make way

Flicking on the kettle
spare time for a kick
Learnt by yourself
appreciation is the trick
Outside rouses on
breathing zest everywhere
Walking free with a smile
and that fond friendly flair

head
on my pillow
and
let
my thoughts
sink
in

My pillow
never questions
as I
slowly
wear
thin

avoiding carbs as not to get fat
started lifting to get strong
my heart is heavy but not for long
